Can I make changes to my order?

Once your order is placed, it immediately goes to our warehouse for processing. This ensures that we are able to ship your order quickly and ensure you get your products as soon as possible, but it also means we are unable to modify or cancel your order.

What forms of payment do you accept?

You can pay for purchases using a major credit card, including Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express or by using online credit. You will need a credit card issued with a billing address in The United States.

Where can you ship orders? At this time, we can ship orders only to street addresses in the United States (continental US, Alaska, and Hawaii).

We're sorry, but we do not ship to PO Boxes, or international addresses, including Canada, APO/FPO addresses, US Protectorates (Guam, Puerto Rico, and US Virgin Islands) at this time.

What do I do if I received the wrong order?

If you have received a wrong order please contact customer care or email hello@byallnice.com.  We will issue a mailing credit for you to send back your item and will send your replacement order.

How can I check the status of my order?

You will be able to track the orders in Your Account section of the website.
